Code of conduct


Select, locate and pay all the personnel of the International Prospering Group on the basis of the qualifications and aptitudes for the work to be carried out and without any type of discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, color, gender, gender identity, age, citizenship, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.

Do not employ minors. "Child labor" means employing any person under the minimum age allowed by law in the jurisdiction in question. However, under no circumstances will we knowingly employ any person under the age of sixteen (16) years of age.

Maintain a global work environment, and attract and retain people of all types of origin and training in our workforce to achieve excellence.

Offer training, education and promotion opportunities that allow all International Prospering Group personnel to develop and progress in their professional career.

Conduct performance evaluations through which frank and accurate opinions are provided. Stimulate comments and bidirectional analysis, and assign review of evaluations to the highest levels of management.

Pay according to performance, and recognize and reward through programs like Chairman's You Can Make a Difference Award the contributions made by the staff, both individually and as a team, that go beyond normal work tasks.

Prohibit sexual harassment or any other type of harassment against International Prospering Group personnel by any person in the workplace or while the business activities of the company are being carried out.

Avoid favoritism or the appearance of favoritism in the workplace in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted by the company.

Respect the privacy of individuals and collect, process, use and retain personal information of employees only as necessary and in accordance with the laws of the countries in which we operate.

Strive to eliminate the possible hazards of the workplace and provide a safe and healthy working environment for the staff of International Prospering Group, and strive to comply with all laws and regulations of occupational health and safety that apply.

Help maintain a safe, healthy and productive working environment for all International Prospering Group personnel and for others, in accordance with the following provisions:

It is forbidden to possess, use, sell or share illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on company premises or during working hours at the company.
It is not allowed to perform the business activities of the company when it is under the influence of alcohol.
You can not possess or use weapons / firearms or ammunition in the company's facilities or while carrying out the commercial activities of International Prospering Group, subject to local legislation. Possession of a weapon may be authorized for security personnel when this possession is necessary to ensure the safety of the company's employees.
Any instances of alcohol or drug use or possession of weapons must be reported immediately to management.
